Rates

First appointment intake: $150/50 min

Ongoing sessions: $135/50 min

For your comfort and convenience, all sessions are virtual - telehealth, and secure (HIPAA compliant). You must be physically in Kentucky during sessions, in a distraction-free environment and alone for optimal treatment.

Payment

Payment is due the morning of service, prior to appointment. Payment is taken through the patient portal of Sessions Health (Stripe), a secure electronic health records system.

Modalities

Tailored, client-centered treatment may include Psychodynamic Therapy, EMDR, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, or, per client, Christian Counseling.

Insurance

To safeguard your Protected Health Information (PHI) and prevent insurance employees from reading your personal information, I do not accept insurance. I do not offer Superbills for insurance claims for the same reason, unless requested by client, and completed during session.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requires at least 24 hours’ notice before the appointment, with confirmation from Ann Young Therapy. Within 24 hours, the full fee will be charged. Sessions are not prorated if less time is utilized or client leaves session early. Frequent cancellations will regretfully result in termination of services.

Your therapy journey is unique. In a private, safe space we will work together to share and gather information at your pace. We will set goals and work towards relief and growth.
