My Approach
Therapies
Expect warm, safe, supportive care. Research shows that client-centered therapy is the most successful. You’re in the driver’s seat and I’ll be navigating next to you. I use a variety of approaches tailored to your needs. For example, if Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is not a good fit for processing trauma, we can switch to psychodynamic therapy.
...it’s all about you. Symptoms
I address: anxiety, depression, bi-polar disorder, stress, trauma, exhaustion, fear, loneliness, loss, shame, sadness, imbalance, chronic pain, maternal mental health disorders, peri/menopausal challenges, disconnection, and so much more.
Outcomes
I expect you to exceed your therapeutic goals, find relief and thrive.
